Need to return an item you purchased online? There are a few ways you can do this, but you’ll need to return your item to us within 30 days of receiving it. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 working days after we receive the returned item(s)(Please contact us if it is late).

The Range Items: When posting your items back to us, it’s important that you first authorize your return by contacting our Customer Care team. Once authorized, you can use the returns label included with your order.
Can’t find your returns label? Don’t worry, just clearly mark your parcel with your order number and full name and return it using a tracked delivery method to the below address:

We support free returns and exchanges within 30 days, provided that the following conditions are met:
Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) with tags attached.
Packaged items may be returned after the package has been opened; tags must still be attached to the item.
Fill in the after-sale card truthfully (such as name, address, contact information, order number, and the reason for return and exchange, etc.), and please send back the original shipping details. (if not completed will affect the efficiency of return, or even can not enjoy the return service.)
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Alteration fees are non-refundable. (Except for items with quality issues.)
If we determine that the reason for the return can be attributed to our product quality problems, mistakes, omissions, and so on, the return freight will be borne by us( it can not exceed the official standard of ordinary express charges), you only need to upload relevant unpacking videos and pictures to verify the above problems. If not our reason, we also support refund or reshipment to solve the problem, and this part of the postage is borne by you; If you choose the wrong size, color, or no longer like it when you buy, we have arranged the shipment, we also support the return of goods, and you need to bear the corresponding expenses.

If you don’t receive your items within 14 working days of receiving a Dispatch Confirmation email, please contact our Customer Care team, quoting your order number, and we’ll investigate this for you.
Unfortunately, we can’t refund items that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse, wear, and tear, or accidents.
You can cancel your order or items in your order before we dispatch them by contacting our Customer Care team.
Usually, to cancel your order, It is only possible to make modifications to your order within half an hour of the order being placed and if the order has not been processed. This includes canceling an order in full or in part, changing an address, changing a shipping method, and adding, replacing, or removing items from your order.
It takes 1-2 days for us to process your order before we begin to make your product for you.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to exchange any orders placed online. You’ll need to return your item in its original, unused condition using one of the return methods above and place a new order for the item you’d like.
Once your returned items have been received, your refund will be processed within 1-2 working days. Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment that you used to pay for your order.
